We partner closely with buyers, sellers, and investors across Dallas–Fort Worth, helping clients move confidently at every stage of life.

Monica Fuller

Monica is a native of Dallas-Fort Worth and a proud alumna of Abilene Christian University. She has spent most of her career working in public relations and client relations, gaining invaluable experience in putting clients' needs first and finding the best solutions to meet their unique goals.

In 2022, Monica made the exciting decision to transition into real estate. As a member of The Moving Team, she is dedicated to helping clients throughout Dallas and the surrounding area find their ideal home or investment opportunity. She finds great joy in building relationships with her clients and helping them navigate the transaction process.

Monica and her husband, Will, are residents of Lakewood (Dallas). As toddler parents, they are passionate about their beautiful daughter, their faith, music, and their two mutts, Daisy and Gracie. In her free time, Monica enjoys spending family time at White Rock Lake, serving at her church (White Rock Fellowship), reading and taking countless pictures and videos of all of the new things her daughter learns and does.

Melissa began her real estate career in the high-demand world of residential property management, working with major investment firms and financial institutions. She quickly excelled in this fast-paced environment, eventually expanding the firm’s REO division into two additional states. Melissa went on to lead the client services and leasing departments, overseeing a portfolio of more than 1,000 single-family homes.

Her success in real estate stems from a strong foundation in communication, relationship building, and delivering exceptional service. Known for being a thoughtful listener, skilled negotiator, and trusted advocate, Melissa is dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence and clarity.

In 2022, Melissa founded SoldiersVillage, a nonprofit organization committed to ending veteran homelessness in North Texas by offering short-term housing and support services to veterans facing housing instability.

Melissa lives in Lake Highlands and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, volunteering in her community, and getting out to the country whenever she can.

Marmie developed a passion for real estate at a young age when her parents decided to take on their first fixer-upper project. She spent countless weekends helping her family restore an old home to its former glory and learned the power of real estate as an investment.

Marmie began her real estate career as an Attorney working with a title company in Dallas-Fort Worth. That experience gave her extensive knowledge in all aspects of the closing process. After realizing how much she enjoyed helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, she decided to transition into residential real estate.

Marmie was raised in Kentucky and made her way to Dallas to attend Southern Methodist University where she graduated with a B.A. from Meadows School of the Arts. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor at Texas A&M University School of Law.

In her free time, Marmie enjoys interior decorating and renovating with her husband, Ryan, and spending time with her twin toddlers and golden retrievers.
